Tree Plantation and Afforestation
ROPES has planted more than 100,000 (One Lakh) trees in villages, schools, public places, and community spaces. Through regular plantation drives and afforestation campaigns, communities are encouraged to plant, protect, and nurture trees, contributing to increased green cover and healthier ecosystem

The sessions focus on educating communities about the importance of protecting trees and forests, explaining that indiscriminate cutting of trees reduces oxygen levels and negatively affects the environment.
Participants are encouraged to plant trees and actively contribute to environmental protection. Awareness programmes also highlight how deforestation destroys wildlife habitats, forcing animals to enter human settlements in search of food, which can result in crop damage and human-animal conflicts.
